It is my belief that the C&C3 SDK can be used to mod the KaneEdition. However and this makes sense of course, the SDK will not include all the needed files for the new assets etc. So one could mod but be limited to the assets (I am primarily referring to the XML files that are commonly edited in mods) from the TW version. My question is does anyone would have any knowledge if a KE version of the SDK happen to exist? Or simply a different set of files that would include all the new assets etc. I can not seem to find any reference to the existance of such.

Ok, there is no official SDK for Kane's Wrath, but a group of volunteers at moddb.com did make an unofficial version with-from what I understand-EA's blessing. Here is the link. Note: I have not downloaded it to see if it works. I believe that answers your question. I suppose it is theoretically possible to use the C&C3 SDK, but I haven't tried and I personally don't think it would work in its current form.

There is a KW xml pack to only the ones who are working on the KW Mod SDK. However, the KW xml pack cannot be released due to EA's licensing rights.
