As the title says im trying to make a single player mission, upon testing it when I run it in the game itself and the map loads I just see black everywhere I go.
The border is set fine so thats not the problem, anyone know what else it could be ?

Write a script to focus the camera on your units at their starting position and make sure the player is assigned control of a team.

Well thats interesting, now I wrote the script to move cam to the units and its still dark tho I can select them, seems they have no vision range even tho they should have it.

check the team you assigned the units, if it is assigned for skirmishamerica, for example, then you will not see them because they are not yours. be sure to have them to on the team you command
i did not uploaded the map but if thats the problem it can be easilly fixed

Another thing to look into, if you manually expanded your map boundaries, try turning off border shroud. I found my own units standing on top of the shroud in one map I've been working on.

your map is screwed up because of some bug which im unable to fix.
i had exactly the same problem in one of my maps. you probably used the "resize map" tool in worldbuilder in a wrong way.
i deleted everything in your map. all scripts, all units, all teams, all players and it still doesnt work because the game thinks that your map boundaries are only 1 feet large.
the only way i know to fix it is to recreate the entire map (you can copy all units and scripts) but you have to recreate the terrain and textures.
at least thats what i had to do in my map.
next time you use the "resize map" tool you better save a backup file of your map.

i have the same prob to, but instead i didnt use the resize, and it was just working fine, until i went and tried to make a cam follow a unit, but then it messed up, so i went and deleted the script and it still just black screen, only thing showing is the menu, and where ur building list h.u.d.
