I have created a map, but it wont load into the game, everytime I start up a single player skirmish with this map, it wont show teams or players, I control everything, and with the way this map I made was done, it wont load!

The Water also only likes to appear when your at a certain angle in the editor.

(note, you are supposed to be the USA and work with what you have to destroy the GLA terrorist forces, so this is a mission).



Please help me separate the GLA as an enemy-AI, and USA as a player played.

Did the map say "Sorry, a fatal error has occured" when you tried playing on it?, thats what mine keeps saying when I load the map.

No, but then again, I fixed the player issue before playing.

Okay, just tried both maps again, and the one you made wont even open in World Builder, and they both say "Serious Error Occured, sorry" (not fatal, my bad).

I think I fixed the platers on mine, here is both just in case:


Is there any updates for World Builder or Generals? (I dont have ZH btw)

Well see that's a problem. Did you make this map? With Generals WB? It seems that the map was made with ZH world builder.

The map called Mission 4 was built by me with the World Builder that came with the game on the disc, and I have made other maps successfully with it, well, they worked atleast, lol.

As for the one you made (Mission 4b) it does the same thing Mission 4 does ingame, except Mission 4b wont load in my World Builder.

Ya, I edited 4b with ZH WB.

I get the same crash with Generals but it works fine with ZH, which lead me to believe it had at some point been worked on with ZH world builder.

nope, if it was, it would not open in my builder, right?

can you see about fixing it with your builder for generals?

Remove the fake Asian flood bridge (object) and the map should work fine. Only use bridges found in the road section.

Removed it and replaced it with an Iron Section Double Wide (not the wide one).

Still not workin.

Okay, removed it, saved it, restarted the game, and now I am adding more to it, thanks! this map is the best map I have ever played!!!!!!!!!

okay, stopped playing, this game got boring, lol, I remember why I stopped playing, its so predictable
