Can't find it.

Would appreciate someone making a decent tutorial on how to install everything into GMax for C+C Generals, because a footnote doesn't exactly help when, despite following said footnote, it still messes up.

Well can someone at least tell me why it isn't appearing in the maxscript tab or why it won't show up in the customize UI menu?

EDIT* LOOKEET THAT! It suddenly appeared in the menu. (Yes in the same part of the menu as the screencap above.)
