Please help, I just made a map... works perfectly but one thing... in like 5 seconds of starting it says I have won the game "Your Victorious"

Sounds like the anti-piracy has kicked in. I recommend a Complete reinstall of the game.

its working now... but the other team just sits there doing nothing now

If you added the players using the "Add Skirmish Players" button and only put any custom script in the PlyrCivilian folder then the default scripts should load and the AI will work.
