First off, are these forums still active?

So my issue is quite simple, all i did was modify the gamesettings.ini so that i may play generals in high def, 1080 rez with double the camera zoomout height.. I noticed that the game won't let me play online cause of a file mismatch, which is a perfectly understandable reason, however, i'd like to know if it's possible to play LAN if all the users are running the same files, or if theres some kind of specific set up i have to do so my friends and i can lan with the modded file..

As long as everyone has exactly the same mods, there should be no problems. In fact, it's quite common among major mods.
