Today I was editing the Twillight Flame map. I saved it with the name "Two light flame" then when I wanted to play it the map didn't appear in the map list. So I checked if i really saved it and I did. So I try to find it again then i notice a Twillight flame map between the unofficial maps which turns out to be the map I made besides that the name is different and that only 3 of the 8 starting positions are on the map. Then I tried to save the map again but this time with another name. This map wasn't visible either and the Twillight flame map is now also gone.
Does anyone know what is going on? Has it something to do with it being an official map? I've had something similar before when I edited Fallen Empire.

Go into Edit->Edit Map settings

Empty the box, "Map Name" and it'll show up with the file name in game instead of twilight flame.

When only 3 of the 8 starting positions are shown, that usually means Player_4_Start doesn't exist. Have you accidentally removed or renamed it at some stage?

I'm not sure how you managed to lose the map, but you may have reached the map limit.

I deleted all the areas and waypoints that help the AI so I guess I've deleted the 4th start position also by accident. Thanks for you're help. You've saved me lots of hours of being frustrated.

Edit: I've come across another problem. When i set the maximum to a unit this maximum only works when the max number of units allowed are in the game. As long as the max isn't reached you can order as much of that unit as you want. It's not supposed to be like this since it works fine for heroes in the game.

I don't think that's a fixable one. Beng couldn't solve it AFAIK so there's not much chance of anyone else suceeding.

There is a work around, but that requires replacing a hero.

Hmm. Map.ini is really limited. Limiting any building of GLA is also useless since you can simply make a hole of your building and then build that building for the second time.
