First, you need a program called FinalBig. 

Now, open final big then go to file and open.
For Zero Hour
Go to the Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour folder and then select musicZH.big, extract them somewhere then you can use them for either testing music before selecting them in WB, etc.

For Generals
GO to Command and Conquer Generals, and do the same with a file called Music.big and then like the rest.
