You have to put the map in a .zip folder first. Then just upload the that. You can create one in Window's Explorer one by clicking, File > New > New Compressed (zipped) Folder.

Info :
Well, you're on a battlefield somewhere on this world.
It's simple as always: build a base, defend it, build a large force and wipe out your opponents before you're wiped out....

It seems that at some point you did some editing with Zero Hour World Builder and thus changed the map to a ZH map. It works fine as a ZH map if you add the players in. I tried to open the map with the Generals editor then saving it under a new name, but that didn't help the crash.

I removed all buildings and was able to get the game to load so you must have some ZH buildings in there somewhere. HOWEVER, even though the game loaded, player buildings and units as in the Command Center and dozer were invisible. At this point I haven't found a way to fix that.

Well I've been playing with this for some time now and can't find the problem. The easiest fix would be to make your modified map for Zero Hour as it seems to work fine after adding the players.

PS. I really like the detailing you've added to the map! Good job.

Yea
Thx for taking a look, So what chance we got of making this map work? I just remembered that the map boundary isn’t set to the new size I made it,

The base was designed to comfortable accommodate a medium large scale GLA invasion with player 1’s position set for tanking and player 2 for air strikes, with that central platform as a stronghold in the event of GLA over build as they do, It would act as a rally point for controlling the centre (sort of like just keeping your foot in the door).
Shame its crashing.
I’ve been working on a much more detailed version, Where I deleted everything except building and basic terrain layout, even gave it a new paint job,

Keep me posted doo

Yes I tried changing the border. I also removed just about everything else from the map including buildings, props, trees, areas, pathways and then removed the files from the map folder and saved under a new name. The Command Center was still invisible.
