I'm not sure what I keep doing wrong. I built a map, did everything that the tut. told me to do... yet when I play the map, about five seconds after it starts, before I have time to even build one building, it says I win. At first, on previous maps I tried building, I thought I was missing some steps, (I like to skim instructions), so I watched a tut. Did a few extra things I really should of known, yet even after I did everything it said I still get an instant win. I'm starting to wonder if it's the buildings I added. I added a GLA building and an American Air-force building. Does anyone know what I've done wrong?

Yes, it's pretty clear what you did. When you added the GLA & Air Force buildings, a message came up saying you needed to add a player, you've had to click yes or you couldn't place the building. Adding that player is interfering with the skirmish player & giving you a win. So follow these steps:

1) Go to the Player List in the "Edit" menu.
2) If you've added the skirmish players already, then you'll see 12 players that start with "Skirmish" in their names. You'll also see the Neutral player & the PlyrCivlian player. Since you added those buildings, you should also see the players PlyrGLA & PlyrAmericaAirForceGeneral.
3) Remove those players & any other players that start with "Plyr" in their names accept the PlyrCivilian player. When the window comes up saying that the player has a number of object belong to it. Just click Yes.
4) Now go back to the GLA & Air Force buildings & click on them.
5) In the "Team:" drop down menu of the Object Properties window, select the "TeamPlyrCivilian" team. (This is also the the PlyrCivilian player.)

From now on, when you place a building that isn't civilian, select the building you want (this is in the "Object Selection Opts" window) & near the bottom of the window, in the "Default Owner:" drop down menu, select the "TeamPlyrCivilian" so that when you place the object, it will be under the PlyrCivilian player. If you accidentally do this (don't worry if you do. I do it all the time!) then you'll have to go the the Player List & delete the player you just created.

If you still can't figure out the problem, then upload your map in a ZIP folder so that I can look at it. Let me know if you don't know how to upload a map & I'll tell you how.
