Is there any quick and easy way to edit the scripting so that all the teams garrison civilian buildings much more frequently? I want them to use the civ. buildings I put in as base defense but the only team that seems to use them is the infantry General the rest use maybe 1 and leave the rest empty. cany anyone help me out?

I tried that method it didnt seem to work at all even when i turned the prioity to 1000 on all the teams garrison teams, and removed the escalation requirment, still the only team that work was infantry gen. i investigated why that was and the infantry gen. has whole extra teams and a extra script just for garrisoning any buildings, not any specific 3, i then took all freaking night changing all the other teams the same way as them, now i can put all the civ building i want in and they fill em all to the brim with rocket troops.
