When I launch my map, the game cuts out a large portion of it and I can only see the middle part. The areas where I have set the player start waypoints are completely off the map. Please tell me what i've done wrong!

Resize the border size to a smaller number (10 or 20 should do), if my expectation is correct, your map's border area currently takes up about most of the map, leaving you only the small portion in which you are seeing.
