To make it short, whenever I win on a Skirmish, all it comes up with is "Hard Army is defeated" and the "You are victorious" message doesn't come up. Now I know this is a glitch because my friend has this mod also, and it does it for him.

The modders could have possibly removed the "You are victorious". I have never noticed this before. Next time I play shockwave I will check.

No, I swear, it's a personal glitch, because it still does it on my friends computer, I've seen it.

if it does it to you and your freidn then it is not a personal glitch, it is network glitch maybe.

How could it be a network glitch? I put my shockwave data onto a CD-RW for him, it's exactly the same.

i did, thats why i used the past tesne, i.e i was assuming, actially the past particlple thats is why i a m saying that it is a possible network glitch
