Is there a way to ajust the parameters of an upgrade?? Example: I want to ajust the PrimaryDamage associated with: "Upgrade_ChinaTacticalNukeMig"

You can adjust the PrimaryDamage value of a weapon by adjusting the PrimaryDamage value of the weapon in Weapon.ini.
