Cygnus X-1 is believed to be a black hole in a constellation called cygnus.
it will take place around a black hole and units can be sucked in. when they do, they begin to stretch and u can see them get sucked into the singularity if u zoom in. other than that theres just normal space battles.

If you wanted to make a space mod of any type you would have to use another game, probablyy EaW or another older game. You can't create space maps on CnC, becasue the map would still be a textured piece of ground, even if it does loko like space. It would look the same as a piece of ground going by... looks horrible in other words.
