OKay, ive looked high and low for the UNholy Alliance mod that will allow all three workers to be built from any command center, but the only one i found, the link is broken. Is there anyone who knows where I can download this mod, or at least tell me how to make my own mod to enable all workers to be built from all command centers (shouldn't be too hard, right?)

I sent him Alpha V1.0 within 5 minutes which has the 1 team with 1 dozer/worker from each side yesterday. After I gave it to him, I asked if he wanted to do a bit more work on it, he said he was fine with it the way it was, even though we didn't add anything to the .csfs and etc. -- Would you like me to complete it?

There is already a mod I am working on heavily but I think I can manage to get this done soon.

Please explain how you would like the generals setup. I was thinking haveing 1 team with 1 dozer/worker from each basic side then 1 "USA" side which would have everything from the 3 USA generals, etc., but it is up to you.
