I recently received some complains about signature size limits on the forum. Some users' signatures have become unwieldy -- when signatures, particularly those that are images, become so large that they detract from reading the actual forum posts, then we have a problem.

So, after consulting with the staff, we've decided to impose a signature image size limit of 700px X 125px. Members who have signature images larger than this will be asked by the forum moderators to remove the images or shrink their size.

I feel this to be quite the accommodating limit (images of this size are actually quite large). Thus, our recommended limit is 600px X 100px. Keeping your signature under this recommended limit is not required, but is more a matter of courtesy.
