Well it looks like it’s not just the RTS games that EA suck at making but it would seem worse for their game Battlefield 2.

BF2142 Open Beta This August? 

Personally I think they should sack their coders and build new game engines for all the future releases, people don't mind waiting if it’s good.

on the last comment: it's true that people dont mind waiting but if it takes longer then it's going to cost ea more so the sooner they release the sooner they start getting money. i'd say thats all they care about since they also keep using thesame engines for many games instead of trying to make something better (which they couldnt do even if they wanted to if you look at all the stuff they've done recently..).

i wouldn't trust that open beta, it's just a way for ea to get free beta testers and then most likely ea still wont fix all the bugs before they release the game because it would take to long so you still end up with a product thats still a beta version instead of a well fixed version... they're just doint that open beta to get more people to buy the game since the would all expect the game to have less bugs and to get free beta testers. i doubt its going to be any good.

Wow, that is really sad! If they won't offer good support for their previous games, why buy more? Seems as though they care alot more about the money than the games...
