I have decided that getting the Mammoth tank from CnC 3 will be too dificult with what I know right now. If it is ok with you guys, since you created AllStars, I would like to use the model of the mammoth tank that you created for your mod and add it to the USA faction. I have no intention of using this outside my circle of friends but would like to post it on here if anyone is interested when I'm done.
I have downloaded the mod and extracted the contents into a mock generals folder so that I can look at the files it installed. I opened up the Allstars.big file into final big and exracted them all. I found the Object description of the MammothMkII tank. I scrolled through the description to try and determine what all I would need to bring into generals to get the tank playable. I have made the following chnages so far:
I have copied the ART folder from the AllStars mod into an ART folder within my ZH directory
- will this overide or compliment the .big compiled file alread in ZH?
I have added the mammoth tank to the command set of the USA warfactory
I added the command button to the commandbutton.ini file corresponding to the command in the command set.
I removed the prereq's in the object description since those buildings/sciences arent available in generals.
I copied weapon sets that the mammoth tank uses into a weapon.ini file in my Data/INI folder for ZH.
- again does this replace or compliment the existing file?
I put " ; " symbols infront of all the lines regarding upgrading the mammoth tank since for now I am not giong to mess with having upgrades for the tank.
I copied the OCL from the AllStars mod and placed a file for it withint Data/INI as well.
After all this I receive the crash:
Reason Error parsing INI file 'Data\INI\Object\airforcegeneral.ini' (Line: 'Object AirF_AmericaInfantryColonelBurton ')
Notice this has nothing to do with the mammoth tank, I was getting errors regarding the mammoth tank until I added the Locomotor.ini file. This confuses me. Anyone know what it is I am doing incorrecly here?
EDIT - Ok, so I searched out the locomotor for the mammoth and pasted it into the locomotor file for ZH instead of using the one that came with the mod, and now the error is back to:

Ok, so I got it working... although it wasnt as great as I had hoped. I like the tank you all created, but I am very picky and I didnt feel it matched the theme of the USA so I decided not to go with it. I did however play one quick (and I mean quick because of the AI mod, haha) match against a superweapon gen just to try it out! Your 'tank' (more like a robotic four legged animal, lol) reminds me somewhat of the scarab from Halo, which is pretty cool, just not what I was looking for.
