I have searched everywhere and haven't found how to fix an issue I am having playing ROTR on my 49" Ultra Wide Screen monitor. I have modded and played vanilla Generals and ZH by inputting the correct resolution and enabling "drawentireterrain" in the INI file but doing the same with ROTR still leaves the "water border" on both sides of the screen. I do have the resolution working and the terrain is being drawn but the water is still there! How do I get rid of that water border and make the whole screen show up??

  RotR Ultra Wide.jpg (1,933kb) downloaded 56 time(s).

See attached photo. Because it is an ultra wide monitor I have zoom set at 800. These exact settings work beautifully with Vanilla Gen and ZH but for some reason I can't figure out the border situation on RotR! You can see it is drawing the buildings in the borders but not the actual terrain. I have "drawentireterrain" set to "Yes".

Did you edit the gamedata.ini that rotr actually uses?

i am pretty sure you are editing the one under the inizh.big but it wont work since its not being used by the rotr

Yes. If you are talking about "!!!Rotr_Intrnl_INI.gib" in the GLM folder. I have the resolution working and the buildings, trees, are being drawn but the borders remain! I have noticed in that .ini file there is no place for resolution setting as in the inzh.ini, but the options in GenLauncher have to be pulling the data from the inzh.ini because it is seeing the 5120x1440. Look at the diffference in my Vanilla ZH vs my RotR screenshots.  Vanilla ZH Ultra Wide.jpg (2,273kb) downloaded 47 time(s).
