So on a nostalgia trip and figured I get back into C&C Generals. As i dont have my dics anymore I got it through EA/Origin. However, whenever i attempt to edit files, it tells me i'm not administrator (even tho i am). Nothing is set to read only, I've tried following the methods laid out in the sticky, but after extracting, i see nothing and using big editors results in nothing even though when i reopen the file, it shows the edited info.

Any insight of those who've dealt with it thru EA would be appreciated.
