Hey, as you know in c&c generals when you detect stealthed units/structures they flash orange for a few seconds
what trigger this effect and can i edit it ?

It is caused by the StealthDetectorUpdate module in the detecting object. See the module in the troop crawler or check DeeZire's module list for the possible settings.
