Hi, I'm from Russia, so I'm sorry for the errors in the messages. I tried to change the * .scb file through the file editor, but when I save the file it is saved with a different encoding. tell me what I'm doing wrong

If others have the same issue:

Do NOT use notepad for this. Windows Notepad cannot handle HEX files. You will have to use a different text editor that is able to work with HEX files. Notepad++ would probably work. I am using NEXT Soft Hex Editor. Nothing fancy, it just was the first result on google when I looked for it.
