Is there a map where one starts as a rank 5 general just to test general powers? Thanks.

you can just create one - its very basic


create a map
- place a commandcenter of a faction of your choice
- under edit - go to edit scripts
- pick a players folder , then hit new script
- click if actions_if_true_Tab, click new
- find the script called set rank level(under Player > Experience)
done and save and bam
