Team 'teamSyria' use Ability 'Command_SyrianArtilleryBarrage' on nearest object of type 'Airfield'

Doesn't work.

This superpower, functionally identical to China's artillery superpower, works normally when a human player uses it. I was wondering if I need to do any INI changes to maybe create a unit which uses it, or somehow tie it to the SyriaCommandCenter object?

The idea is that there are two spies on your base - one is an unarmed civilian who surrenders if discovered, the other a sniper team in a camoflaged tent who do not open fire or reveal their position unless you have discovered them, in which case they kill any infantry within range, leave the tent and run back to the enemy base. Both are implemented and functioning. If EITHER of them is still in play, the enemy general can periodically use artillery on specific targets within your base - Airfields are high priority as he doesn't have the best anti-aircraft units. The Superweapon and Air Force generals will have an easier time fighting him than others (Aurora Alpha is super OP).
