Ive seen my friend

all Of his maps where add clouds even in official maps

he using : Windows 10

btw how can i add Clouds in My Maps with Coding ? , thanks.

I believe clouds and 3D shadows can be enabled or disabled in the game's graphics options, map specific shadows can also be changed in the "Edit" TAB, other than that I dont get what you mean.
