Installation:
1.Extract The Folder to your Desired Location.
2.Use Worldbuilder and Import the BaseAlarm.Scb Script.

How to Use:
-Rename or Adjust it /Change it as you want it.
(i think you know this already if not try to know the basics)   BaseAlarms.zip (1kb) downloaded 7 time(s).
