I have a question is there a code that telling the AI not to mainly targeting it.

in RA2 there is one code I can't remember the code but it's giving the unit become none target from enemy unless striking them first OR gets into their way

Ex a wall. I made a wall and a tank barricade to block the enemy from running straight into my base and in RA2 enemy will try to get into your building and they just simply shoot the wall and get in or just simply running to your front door.

But in my case will just keep destroying each wall segment.

MISC_MAN_MADE sorting type will make the game crash. Right now I am thinking to put UNATTACKABLE instead but down side is wall will become so indestructible to direct fire only area damage can be done to it... hmmmm

I'm not sure about Generals, but C&C 3 was a KindOf called "NOT_AUTOACQUIRABLE" that prevents units from automatically attacking it while still allowing the player to order it to attack. You should try it and see if Generals accepts it.
