Put your big file in the gameroot where the other big files are, i already explained it multiple times how to make the switch so not going to do it again...

This Should Be Like This:The Directory of The Big
:D\Command And Conquer Generals\Here

The Directory For The Shortcut
":D\Command And Conquer Generals\generals.exe" -00MyMod.big

....

By The Way
, Still My MiniMod Doesn't Work In My WorldBuilder ,I Used This Settings

The Directory of The Big File:
Documents\Command and Conquer Generals Data\Here ;Not In Maps

The Directory of The Shortcut:
":D\Command And Conquer Generals\generals.exe" -00MyMod.big

Further Preview Soon After The Test

I cant see that whole path of Data\Ini\Object but i get the impression that you put a .txt file in the big file instead of a .ini, if you want to make a .ini of a text file you right click the file and select Save As and put .ini behind the name, you know that you succeeded when there is a gear on you file icon, you can throw away the .txt file now.
I got it to work btw

I attached the big file i made...
Now put that big file in your gameroot, select generals.exe, right click it and create a shortcut, cut/paste that shortcut on your desktop and right click it, select properties and add -mod Test.BIG to the target and see if you can find it in wb now...

This tells you what to do.  You should look at the multiple mod install instructions.

Also, about it showing up in WB, it never will. WB loads the files from the gameroot.

You would never be able to make a map with your mod if your statement was true...

The method i use for years now is making copies of the gamefolder, i have multiple shortcuts on my desktop for different mods.
If you make copies of the game folder you will always have a clean version of the game to play with online so if you want to play a minimod with your mate you just put the modded big file in the clean gameroot, make a shortcut to it and you are ready to go, it's a quick way of doing it and i have tested a sjitload of modded stuff online with this method...

There's no need to do that. You can put your mods in your documents and run them with separate shortcuts. They'll all run from the same gameroot, but the gameroot will be clean for online play.

What I said is true. A mod in someone's documents won't be loaded into WB because it's not in the game root.

Would you please be so kind to verify before you try and correct me.

i put the modded big file in the gameroot and it showed up in wb

Of course it did. But I'm not putting the big in the game root.

What klingondragon should have said

1. We were talking about it being in documents so my reply to that train of thought was correct.
2. If you want it to show up in WB, you: copy it to the game folder, use WB, delete the copy, play with the mod.

Completely duplicating your game folder is just a waste of disk space.

I have a whole row of shortcuts to mods and wb's, i even have double shortcuts to the game so i can choose between scriptdebugger or normal mode.
And when it comes to diskspace, well we life in a terrabyte harddisk era dude, whats the problem...:P
Both our methods work...
