Is that possible making a new turret just using the notepad tool?

No the model needs to have the turret also, if you define a turret with code but the model doesnt have that turret it is pretty useless..:P
You can use the overlord logic to add a turret to a model but there has to be a bone on the right spot where you can attach the new turret...
