Hi all.
Brand new to modding Generals, though I have some experience with Skyrim and Fallout (Though they have their own specialized modding software)

I wanted to adjust the total number of available Generals Powers points, and how many are earned per rank upgrade.

I have already unpacked the INI files, and browsed through them a little, but I don't know where to look for this.

Rank.ini -- this is the file you should look for.

I couldn't find that file. I searched through the usual .big file that had everything else, but it wasn't there.
I found it in the Shockwave file, but when I tried adjusting that, only changing the rank file, Shockwave stopped working.

you should have looked for one in vanilla Generals, not Zero Hour.
