I want to know if it is ok to delete unneeded ini files from the object folder:

Ex.: delete ChinaCineUnit.ini, when I have not touched this folder. My ? is does the game autoselect the standard ChinaCineUnit.ini from the gamedirs .big files? When the file is deleted from unpacked .big files to data/ini/objectfolder.

Yes, It's OK to delete INI files that are outside of the game's BIG files if you didn't make any changes to them. Just make sure you leave the BIG files alone.
