I Want to change loading screen & main menu & victory image on ra3uprising in original bin files from "data" files what i need to do that?

To change the image and text on the loading screen, you have to edit the EngagingContent.xml and EngagingContentCommon.xml files.

I don't know how to edit the victory image.
