This Mini Mod adds a power plant to the GLA (vanilla only)
it has different artwork depending on if you are using it in day or night
if the AI is GLA it will not build (it will build a barracks but nothing else) this is because i changed the prerequisites for the supply stash (you build power then supply stash)
