cant find worldbuilder: i have searched everywhere on my computer, ... there is no place to download World Builder for Zero Hour

That's because it came when you installed it. :D

Go to my computer -> OS (or OC whatever your hardrive is named.) Program files, EA games, then command and conquer generals zero hour. Open that folder and you should find it titled World Builder just double click it! Same goes for the regular generals instead of command and conquer generals zero hour folder you go into command and conquer generals folder.
