I would like to know what I have to download in order to edit the Generals.csf file and do the stuff for modeling in Zero Hour.

Thanks. 😄

To create models for C&C Generals you need GMax, and RenX plugin.
http://www.moddb.com/games/cc-generals-zero-hour/downloads/gmaxrenxrenegade-public-tools
Then look up tutorials around moddb.com for exporting, creating materials etc.
Here's a tutorial I started with for a tank:

Sorry for late reply, but is this all what I need to make a TANK:
RenX,Gmax,W3D importer ?
I heard about some something called: 3Dsmax 7, or something, do I need it? If yes, can anyone attach it in a .zip or .rar?

3DSmax is a modeling program like Gmax. Many modelers prefer 3DSmax because it has more features, but only Gmax can export to the W3D format that Generals uses.

import allows you to get your model back into the modeling program, so you can change things.

export basically saves it in a format that is unknown to the modeling program, in this case W3D so that Generals can use it.

Without the import ability, if you get something wrong on your model the first time you would have to do the whole thing over again to change it.
Without the export ability, you can't use your model in Generals.

and an important sidenote is that you always have to save your model as a gmax file and as W3D because when you save as W3D your texture settings are not saved.
