When i play as forgotten, my strategy is build walls surrounding my base. Then i create a lot of tiberium fields as we need a lot of tiberium. Enemy will not destroy the walls so this will give u a lot of time to build up. But beware of the superweapon, sometimes they will aim at ur walls!

GDI juggernaut can fire through the wall.
