Hello,

I've been playing around in WorldBuilder for a while and i have noticed that some objects, like cars, after being placed on the ground are rotated in vertical axis to fit the terrain they are standing on.
There is an option in WB to rotate objects, but only in horizontal axis.

What i want to accomplish is to rotate a civilian building 180 degrees in vertical axis (so that the roof faces the ground).
I am not sure if this is possible, but if someone knows something about this, i would appreciate some info.

The second thing should be much simpler - it's just making wreckages (models of destroyed units left for some time after destruction of a vehicle) not disappear, as they do normally after few seconds. Is it possible to achieve it in WB or is it necessary to create a new object and play around in INIs?

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to CNC Labs!

I can help you with the first question, and the answer is no, you cannot rotate buildings on a vertical axis, only on a vertical axis.

The second question I have no idea, it is a modding related question having to do with INIs...way out of my expertise...😁

Thanks for prompt reply, SUPER-G :D

Well alright, if WB doesn't know such thing as vertical axis rotation, then it appears that i will have to play modelling and creating new units/objects for a while.
INI editing is not so hard, really.

Well, as far as second question goes, i was hoping that ticking one of five parameters (enabled, powered, selectable, etc) would fix something.

I am going to look for a script in scripting tab though. Give a name to an object and look for a fitting script in WB, that sort of things.
