Hi,

Why my stealth aircraft do their regular fading in/out effect in Zero Hour, they fade into their teamcolor instead of being transparent, the same effect as when a unit is occluded behind a building and a teamcolored silhouette appears.

How can I set them up in such a way that they fade in and out normally?

this is actually very normal. If you don't like it, just go into your options inside Zero hour, hit customize, and check off 'show behind buildings'.
