About The Red Alert (which is my best discovery this year)

Is there a way to slow down the speed of a multiplayer game in The Red Alert?

We are more casual/drunk/no rush gamers and would like to slow the pace a little. Can i edit something inside the game to make it happen ? (if i remember right for all the years of red alert 2, there was a speed option in multiplayer)
