I want to make the america supply lines upgrade give more of a supply boost but I cannot find how to change this. All I found was this:

Upgrade Upgrade_AmericaSupplyLines
DisplayName = UPGRADE:SupplyLines
BuildTime = 30.0
BuildCost = 800
ResearchSound = ChinookVoiceUpgradeSupplyLines

The upgrade is dealt with on an individual basis.

I.E. For the supply drop zone, it's done in SupplyDropZoneCrate in crate.ini

For the Chinook, it's in it's AIUpdate Module.

P.S. This is a tutorial section, it should have been in the modding section.
