okay, so, I usually play/edit/be-on-computer on 1920x1080 pixels screen. Now, I switched to 1280x1024 (becuz Im @ lan party, and I dont want to take 42" TV with me) and start world builder.
Everything is ok, but I can't find object properties, I've tried "reset windows positions" and searched from "View" to find way to show it to me. I think it's somewhere out the screen!


Please, help. I'm doing AoD for us to play

If the "view" tab doesn't work, is there perhaps a "show" tab?

No, there is just 7 tabs. File, Edit, View, Window, Texture Sizing, validation and help.
And in the View, there isn't any option like; Show Object Properties. I think, that world builder is installed for my 1920x1080 screen, and set object properties somewhere out the screen.   bug.png (918kb) downloaded 189 time(s).

I don't have that world builder, but go to the "view" tab, then check if there is any "show" menu there, or if it says anything about windows. Otherwise, check in the "windows" tab. If none of these work, try exiting the world builder, right click the icon and go to the "compability" tab, then try all compabilities such as WinXP service pack 3.

It might be a stupid question, but, did you check whether the properties don't appear behind the main window? and since it's same (to an extent) engine as generals, check the ini file for worldbuilder in my documents for any stuff that can link to this problem.

I know this topic is OLD, but i recently had the same problem, here is the soulution i found out myself (using w7):

(to open regedit, hit windows key --> write regedit and hit enter)
Regedit --> HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-3265713140-1523805696-2038433839-1001\Software\Electronic Arts\electronic arts\command and conquer 3 kanes wrath\Worldbuilder --> delete worldbuilder folder and all keys 🙂 (just right click the worldbuilder folder and select delete --> yes)
