What is the use CSF file ... "generals"?

What I can do with this file?

the CSF file is used for all of the text scripts for generals and Zh if I recall correctly. I personally use a notepad to edit it but enough about that.

the CFS file is used to create the names, descriptions and something else maybe.
so if you re-name "Ranger" to "ZingPing" or something in the ini file, you must also
create something in the CFS file so the "ZingPing" name will appear in the game.

if you do not create the "ZingPing" name, the name will just appear "MISSING:NAMEZINGPING" or something like that..
