Hi All,

I've been playing The Red Alert since the day it released and i must say im rather enjoying the mod. However i regret to say that now i'm starting to have problems with the mod.

Since i've played it Online and then back onto standard RA3 i can no longer play single player skirmish.

I cant list myself as a player, the map list no longer appears and all the player selection boxes are greyed out and inaccessable. Is their a fix for this because i could not seem to find one.

Not only this i have found that AI on opposing sides tend not to fight eachother instead they gun for the player. Easy AI relies way to heavily on over powered rocket troops - they don't use mixed tactics neither do they fight with a navy and the rush and overpower your base within minutes of the game starting some times. Medium computers do jack whatsoever and Hard can dominate anything i throw at them even if i out number them (Specifically Naval wise) subs seem to be the dominant factor in the game where destroyers are more or less completely renderd useless and gunboats well lets just say aint worth bothering with at this point.

I am hoping to see some fixes but i am loving the mod i just see room for improvement.

This is addressed in the readme. It's a problem with modding RA3. You need to delete the skirmish file in AppData. See the readme for more details.

Thanks Blbpaws for the swift response sorry i must have misread the readme earlier on.

You could go into the profiles and create a new one, that way you'll still keep all your skirmish history for vanilla RA3
