Soviets have the iconic Dog, and might be better for faction diversity to let them have it.

But for Allied I have some suggestions other then giving them a Dog too, and that's:

1. Spy himself, let him detect stealth. This would make Spy the counter to other Spies. And the enemy Allied can't get out Spies faster then you anyways.

2. Gunboat, just to make it a bit different from the 2 other bigger boats, and by stealth detection make them able to scan for subs.

3. Ranger, make this little scout vehicle able to scan for stealth units/buildings.

4. Not sure if this is active but make low tier base defenses able to detect stealth; Pillbox, Camopillbox, Flame Thrower.

And stealth stuff in the game that I have noticed is 'mines' (both factions have these), Camo Pillbox, and Gap Generator units, and currently the Attack Dog is the only unit able to see these.

There's one other unit that hasn't been used in this mod, the Soviet Phase Transport. That unit is stealthed but it's a prototype of the stealth APC.

Having Spies detect other spies seems like the best option to me.
