I can't find a way to make new borders in RA3 wordlbuilder. Is it possible? If it is, then how?

To change your map border in RA 3.. you need to use the Resize tool (FILE -> RESIZE) this allows you to change the distance between the border and the edge of the map..

The manual says....

The Orange border can only be changed by resizing the map, a command found under the File menu.

You can add a new border by holding down the Shift key and left mouse button and dragging on the map. This will create a new border that can be specified in the scripting tool. Note that borders cannot be deleted, and should never exceed the size of the orange border.
