if you wanna play online i don't think it's possible, but except that you'll need to add an OCL, couple of commandbuttons and update US commandset for the commandcenter.. a science or a specialpower on top of that...
or you could use the one from CHI 05, add it's commandbutton to command center in the commandset, add a module to command center in factionbuilding.ini etc...
experiment.... I can't really tell you the code since I started work like a week ago, with zh, and atm I'm busy with making an overlord-based vehicle with main upgraded marauder turret and a 2nd, quad cannon turret... and I can't for *censored* figure out how to make the barrels fire correctly (I have the fx shooting out from 1, and actual bullets coming out from the other atm :D)
