How would I go about requesting a map to be made? I have the design and everything, though Worldbuilder is far too in depth for me to grasp at the moment.

I have Red Alert 3; Uprising.

I've never come across anyone who takes requests. You either do it yourself, or hope that someone, somewhere, takes requests.

If someone presents a silly and funny idea for a mod or a map, I've been known to make it, but apart from that, not even I take requests.
