I recently picked up a mod (NavalWars3.zip) which adds a few war ships to zero hour. kinda neat but other changes I've made to the game, are not present when I launch NavalWars3. NavalWars3 does not add it's modifications to the INI file where all my modifications are, it creates it's own file. Does anyone know of simple way that I might be able to incorporate the boats inclusive with the changes I've already made?

There isn't a simple way to merge two mods. If you really want to do it, you'll have to dig through both mod's INI files and pick which versions of the code you want to keep.
