I don't get it, why does so many newbies on this forum likes to post images in Microsoft Word, save it AND THEN upload it to the post. They could've just skipped the MS Word step and just upload the image into the post instead, something I thought was pretty obvious...

The problem is that this forum likes to display uploaded images as images to be displayed in the post instead of hyperlinks. In this case, the image is large enough to distort the forum's layout. Of course, this can be fixed by changing the {img} tags to {url}.

No I didn't and I clicked the link... hope to God it wasn't a virus.

I scanned the file with my Symantec AntiVirus and it came up clean... I think Norton's just being paranoid because the Word document is being opened in Internet Explorer.

If you don't have a photo to upload, get what you want to take a picture of and press "Print Screen" on your keyboard. Basically what this does it take a photo of what you see on the screen. After that is done, you need to save it as an image file for uploading. Click Start (Bottom left part of your screen.)/All Programs/Accessories/, open "Paint", and then click Edit/Paste (Top bar on the menu.). The image should appear, if not, minimize paint and then hit Print Screen again. If it is working properly, click File/Save As, and save it as a .jpg. Then come here and click "Insert a file", the one you used for the word document, and find where you saved your photo and then upload it. (Image file types include .jpg/.jpeg, .bmp, .png, etc.)
